段星德，男，彝族，1982年9月出生于云南宾川。中共党员，理学博士、博士后，硕导，教授。数学与统计学院教师。研究方向：贝叶斯统计、统计诊断、缺失数据分析、随机效应模型。

2010/9—2013/7，博士研究生，云南大学数学与统计学院，概率论与数理统计专业（导师：唐年胜教授）
